Standard Cutting $65.00 + tax
We will take the whole deer or boned out, which ever you prefer!
Sausage $1.75 lb
Different kinds of sausage we make include:
Cajun - Italian (1/2 pork added!)
Breakfast - Italian with peppers and onions ($1.70 lb.)
Chorizo - Polish - Fresh
Notice
1. A $40.00 deposit will be required for each deer carcass left for processing. We accept payment in cash, by
check, credit or debit card.
2. Processed venison must be picked up with 7 days from the time we notify you. A storage charge of $2.00 per
day will be charged thereafter.
