Deer Processing

We will be happy to cut your meat anyway you would like it! Including the making of smoked meats and sausage. Ask for pricing and details!

Standard Cut

Standard Cutting     $65.00 + tax

DeerWe will take the whole deer or boned out, which ever you prefer!

Sausage     $1.75 lb

Different kinds of sausage we make include:
Cajun - Italian (1/2 pork added!)
Breakfast - Italian with peppers and onions ($1.70 lb.)
Chorizo - Polish - Fresh

Notice

1. A $40.00 deposit will be required for each deer carcass left for processing. We accept payment in cash, by check, credit or debit card.

2. Processed venison must be picked up with 7 days from the time we notify you. A storage charge of $2.00 per day will be charged thereafter.
